We had a blast last week visiting Greece. DJs Jack and Gevo did an amazing job putting together some awesome Greek dance mixes that kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. Thank you to our Greek friends who came out just for this night. We hope to see you back again soon. Maybe this week? We'll be in Armenia :-)
It's always fun being at Club Nur. It's at a nice club, with beautiful interesting people who enjoy the music, some smoke hookah, some don't, but everyone comes together on the dance floor and dances. From day one, Club Nur got noticed not just for being a great Middle Eastern club, but also for bringing together week after week, groups of people you rarely see being friendly out there in the real world, let alone party together and dance to each other's music.
Last week we brought you Greece and the week before, Turkey, and it was great seeing our Turkish friends right along our Greek and Armenian friends dance to Turkish, Greek and Armenian music. The same happens with our Israeli and Palestinian friends.
We've always said that for us, Club Nur is the ideal Middle East. It's how things are supposed to be. Leave it to the gays to be trailblazers, again. We hope one day the people of the Middle East would also live and love and hook up and dance with each other... no matter where they come from.
More Club Nur Passports were handed out and hundreds of the ones handed out on weeks one and two received their third stamps. The number of stamps
you have on your passport by the Wrap Party (Sept 3) is the number of
chances you'll get to win the grand prize*.
If
you missed last week, you can pick up your Club Nur Passport on any
Thursday (it's free) and bring it with you every week to receive your stamps.
